Updates for Trigger, Sticky and Switch

As promised from yesterday afternoon, all three of these apps have been updated.

As well as a couple of bug fixes, each app now comes with a How to use section in the ReadMe file. The ReadMe file should be found in your Start menu as well as the installation folder.
