Switch is a program/web page that helps you convert color codes between RGB, HEX, HSL and OLE. It is a great utility for graphic artists and skin developers.
Switch online is a cut-down version of the up and coming Switch application. Switch online allows you to convert RGB values to HTML HEX codes and displays an example.
Development has started on the application version of Switch which will give you the full functionality described above as well as selecting any color on your screen. I am aiming for a first public release of Switch in a couple of weeks.
